Bradford-Based Office
Hybrid Working

About Us

We’re a brand and web agency based in Bradford, working with purpose-led clients including charities, cultural institutions, education providers, healthcare organisations and place-based initiatives.

Design is at the heart of everything we do. We’re a tight-knit team of six, creating impactful, accessible websites that help our clients tell their stories and engage their audiences.

We work collaboratively, support each other, and trust our team to manage their own workflows. We encourage an open culture where you’ll have the freedom to own your work and connect directly with clients.

The Role

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who’s passionate about creating thoughtful, human-centered digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping the structure, flow, and visual design of the websites we build, from wireframes through to final polished interfaces.

This role would suit someone who’s confident in leading design thinking, who thrives on collaboration, and who’s excited to work on projects that create real social impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the UX and UI design process for a range of client websites – from early concepts to final hand-off
  • Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity responsive UI designs
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform and validate design decisions
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house developers to bring your designs to life in WordPress
  • Work directly with clients to understand their audiences, goals, and content
  • Balance creative flair with usability, accessibility, and performance considerations
  • Contribute to our collaborative design culture and bring fresh ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong portfolio of UX and UI work for web, ideally including WordPress projects
  • Solid grasp of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive web best practices
  • Confident using Figma to produce wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs
  • An eye for detail and a love of clean, purposeful, content-first design
  • Great communication skills and the confidence to work directly with clients
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing your own projects and time
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to the team

Bonus Points For

  • Experience designing for charities, public sector or cultural organisations
  • Understanding of WordPress and how design translates into development
  • Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS)
  • Experience with usability testing or analytics tools
  • Experience in branding and digital design
  • Accreditations or qualifications in User Experience (UX)

What We Offer

  • Hybrid working (1-2 days a week in our Bradford studio)
  • A friendly, supportive and down-to-earth team
  • Real variety – working across clients with meaningful missions
  • Creative freedom and space to shape your own process
  • Flexibility and autonomy in your day-to-day work
  • 28 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Pension scheme
  • Personal development budget
  • Flexible work patterns (part time available)
