We host all client sites on WP Engine’s enterprise infrastructure, on our own private UK-based server with a dedicated WP Engine account manager. That means consistent performance, strong security, and a hosting environment maintained to the highest standard.
We host websites for NHS organisations, charities and public sector bodies where data protection, security and uptime are non-negotiable. If your organisation has strict requirements in any of these areas, we’re well placed to meet them.
We operate a tiered response system so issues are handled at the right pace. Critical issues such as downtime and functionality failures are responded to immediately with resolution aimed within two hours. High priority issues are resolved within a working day. Standard changes within three working days.
We don’t wait for things to break. We monitor performance, keep security and plugins current, and test updates on staging before they go live. We also review accessibility and user experience periodically and make proactive recommendations where we see room for improvement.
Where clients need new features, additional functionality, UX improvements or new sections, we deliver that either through a retainer arrangement or as a separately scoped project, whichever makes more sense given the package you’re on. Your site should keep pace with your organisation, not fall behind it.
We’re not an SEO agency, but we can help with ongoing SEO monitoring, reporting and practical guidance as part of a web care arrangement. All sites we build are configured for SEO from the outset and we can keep that work moving in the right direction over time.
We make sure your team can use your site confidently after launch. Depending on the project and budget, that includes written site manuals, video walkthroughs and in-person or remote training sessions.
All our maintenance packages include monthly reports covering activity and hour usage – and at Level 3, analytics and performance too. If you’re approaching your annual support limit, we’ll let you know before it becomes an issue.
All packages include managed WordPress hosting on WP Engine, uptime monitoring at 99.9%, security patches and plugin updates, CDN, advanced security, backups, SSL certificate, direct access to our development team, and premium plugin subscriptions such as JetEngine and RankMath Pro. Additional support hours are available at £75 per hour across all packages. A 10% discount applies to any package paid annually in advance.
