Web Audits

An honest assessment of where your website is falling short and what to do about it.

Rectangle 7 4

A web audit gives you an objective picture of how your site is performing technically, visually, and in terms of user experience. With a clear set of recommendations for what to address and in what order.

We offer three audit levels depending on how much depth you need. All audits are carried out by our own developers and designers, not automated tools, and all result in a written report with clear, prioritised recommendations you can act on immediately.

What happens next

An audit is a standalone piece of work with no obligation to proceed further with us. That said, many clients use the audit report as the brief for a subsequent development or redesign project. Where that’s the case, the audit cost is deducted from the project fee.

Who it’s for

Organisations that have a website that was built a few years ago and haven’t reviewed it since. Organisations that are planning a redesign and want to understand what’s worth keeping. Organisations that have concerns about security, performance or accessibility but aren’t sure where to start. Organisations that need to evidence digital compliance to funders or trustees.

Specialist Skills, in‑house

Every project is different, and some call for a more specialist approach. Alongside our core services, we offer a range of specialist capabilities, from custom typeface design and illustration through to membership websites and accessibility audits. These are things we do properly, in-house, rather than bringing in outside help. If something you need isn’t listed here, it’s always worth asking.
