Membership websites are more complex than standard sites. They involve gated content, subscription and renewal management, member communications, varying access levels, and back-end administration that needs to work reliably for the people managing it day to day. What we build

We build membership functionality primarily using MemberPress on WordPress, configured specifically around your organisation’s membership structure. That includes custom member portals and dashboards, gated content and resource libraries, subscription tiers and renewal flows, member-only event listings and booking, automated communications, and member directory functionality where required.

Every membership site we build is designed with the administrator in mind as much as the member. The back end needs to be manageable by a small team, often without dedicated technical resource. We build with that in mind.

Membership websites benefit from careful scoping before design begins. What are your membership tiers and what does each include? How do members join, renew and lapse? What content is gated and to whom? How does membership connect to your CRM, email platform or events system? We work through these questions with clients before anything is designed, ensuring this insight shapes the entire build.
