We have built several membership websites for organisations across the charity and cultural sectors. That experience means we understand the specific requirements of membership functionality and the specific ways it can go wrong if the build isn’t well considered from the outset.

Membership websites are more complex than standard sites. They involve gated content, subscription and renewal management, member communications, varying access levels, and back-end administration that needs to work reliably for the people managing it day to day. We scope and build all of this before writing a line of code.

What we build

We build membership functionality primarily using MemberPress on WordPress, configured specifically around your organisation’s membership structure. That includes custom member portals and dashboards, gated content and resource libraries, subscription tiers and renewal flows, member-only event listings and booking, automated communications, and member directory functionality where required.

Every membership site we build is designed with the administrator in mind as much as the member. The back end needs to be manageable by a small team, often without dedicated technical resource. We build with that in mind.
